- Ideal footprint: 3.5m × 3.5m clear floor space
- Minimum footprint: 2.7m × 2.7m (camera arm needs clearance)
- Ceiling height: 2.5m minimum (comfortable headroom for guests standing on the platform)
- Power: one standard powerpoint required. Our leads and gear are all PAT tested.
- Floor: flat, hard surface preferred. Carpet works. Lumpy grass or sand is a no-go.
- Indoor or well-sheltered covered outdoor only. No direct rain, no strong wind.

How much does a 360 video booth cost in NZ?

How much space does a 360 booth need?
Ideal: 3.5m × 3.5m floor space. Minimum: 2.7m × 2.7m. Ceiling height: 2.5m minimum. One standard powerpoint. Flat, hard floor preferred (carpet works, lumpy grass does not).
How long does each video take?
The recording itself is 5 to 10 seconds. Processing and sharing happens within 30 to 60 seconds. Most guests get their video before the next song starts.
Can we add our logo or branding?
Yes. Custom overlays included on every package. For corporate we offer full branded overlay design (logos + animations + hashtag), brand-colour LED lighting, and custom music.
How is the video shared?
Multiple options. Guests can scan a QR code, receive via AirDrop, get an SMS link, or have it emailed. Whichever is easiest at the time.
Do you need internet at the venue?
Yes. Instant sharing needs a strong internet connection at the booth. Most venues are sorted, but if yours has patchy reception we have Starlink Roam kits available for hire, so the booth stays connected even at out-of-town and rural events.
Can the 360 booth be set up outdoors?
Only in well-sheltered covered outdoor areas (marquees, verandahs, undercover decks). No direct rain, strong wind, or open beachfront. Tell us your venue and we will confirm.
Do you bring an attendant?
Yes. Every booking includes an attendant who runs the booth, helps guests on and off, manages the queue, and handles any tech hiccups.
Will it work in our venue?
We have worked with most major NZ event venues. Tell us your venue when you enquire and we'll confirm fit before booking. Stairs, narrow doorways and small lifts can all be issues, best to flag them up front.
Can multiple people use the booth at once?
Yes, the platform fits 1 to 4 people comfortably. Group shots are popular, solo shots also work well.
How long should we book the booth for?
Most private events book 3 hours. Corporate activations often run 4 to 6 hours. For weddings, 3 to 4 hours covering the reception period works well.
Do you do multi-booth for large events?
Yes. Large corporate activations and school balls (400+ guests) sometimes benefit from two booths to handle queue volume. Talk to us about scaling.
Can we customise the music?
Yes. Your song, your event playlist, or our library options. We process the music to fit the video length.
Do you have public liability insurance?
Yes, full public liability cover.
How far in advance should we book?
Wedding season (Nov to Apr): 3 to 6 months. 21sts: 1 to 2 months. Corporate Christmas: book by September for December. Last-minute is sometimes possible, flick us a message.
